What counts as a qualified referral?
A referral counts toward bonuses while they are active and after they generate at least $199.50 in cleared subscription revenue. Free trials, canceled subscriptions, refunded payments, failed payments, credits, taxes, and chargebacks don't count toward that amount.
The cleared-revenue rule
Milestone bonuses are based on real cleared revenue instead of signups alone. This protects the program from fake accounts, early churn, refunds, and gaming while keeping recurring commission active on every valid payment.
Annual vs. monthly customers
A full-price annual subscriber reaches the revenue requirement with the first payment and qualifies after the 30-day refund window. A full-price monthly subscriber typically reaches it after 10 successful payments; discounts or credits can make that take longer.
Bonuses are cumulative
Hit 200 qualified referrals and you earn $100 + $100 + $200 + $400 + $800 = $1,600 in total milestone bonuses - plus your 30% recurring commission on top.
How is commission calculated?
Your 30% is calculated from cleared net subscription revenue after discounts and credits, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. That keeps every payout tied to revenue Sync Socials actually receives.
Active count at verification
To unlock a tier you need that many active qualified referrals at verification. If you reach 100 and 8 cancel before verification, you're at 92 qualified referrals until you top back up.
Payout schedule
Commission is reviewed and paid monthly. Each milestone cash bonus is reviewed and paid once per partner after qualification and fraud checks; the 30% commission keeps recurring as long as your referrals keep paying.
