What counts as a paid referral?
A referral only counts once they become a paying Sync Socials customer. Free trials, canceled trials, refunded payments, failed payments, and chargebacks don't count.
The 90-day active rule
Milestone prizes unlock after referred customers stay active for 90 days. This protects the program from fake signups, churn, and gaming - so honest creators always get paid.
Annual vs. monthly customers
Annual subscribers count toward milestones once the refund window closes. Monthly subscribers count after they've stayed active for 90 days.
Prizes are cumulative
Hit 200 paid referrals and you earn $250 + $750 + $1,500 + $3,000 + $7,500 = $13,000 in total milestone prizes - plus your 30% recurring commission on top.
Cash or the item - your choice
For every tier, you choose: take the physical item or take its cash value. Some partners want the Rolex; others want the $7,500. Both are on the table.
Active count at verification
To unlock a tier you need that many active paid referrals at the time of verification. If you reach 100 but 8 cancel before their 90-day window, you're at 92 qualified referrals until you top back up.
Payout schedule
Commission is paid monthly. Milestone prizes are paid after the 90-day verification period. Each milestone bonus is paid once per partner; the 30% commission keeps recurring as long as your referrals keep paying.
No self-referrals or fraud
No self-referrals, fake accounts, coupon abuse, chargeback abuse, spam, misleading claims, or bidding on the Sync Socials brand name in paid ads without approval.
