Connect Telegram, Discord, and Slack

These three connect in about a minute by pasting a credential. Sync Socials checks it live, then treats the channel like any other destination.

Telegram channel

  1. In Telegram, message @BotFather, send /newbot, and copy the token it gives you. It looks like 123456789:ABC….
  2. Add that bot to your channel as an administrator with permission to post.
  3. In Connections, choose Telegram, paste the token, and enter the channel's @username or numeric chat id.

If Sync Socials says it couldn't reach the channel, the bot isn't an admin there yet. Keep the token private; it lets anyone post as your bot.

Discord channel

  1. In Discord, open the server's Settings → Integrations → Webhooks and create a webhook for the channel you want.
  2. Copy the webhook URL and paste it into the Discord card in Connections.

Slack channel

  1. In Slack, add the Incoming Webhooks app to your workspace and choose the channel it should post to.
  2. Copy the webhook URL that starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/… and paste it into the Slack card in Connections.

What they accept

  • Text, one image, or one video per post. A post with several images is blocked for these channels instead of losing images quietly.
  • No audience metrics; delivery results are on Posted.
