Uploads
- Up to 10 files per upload, 25 MB per image, 250 MB per video, and 250 MB per upload in total.
- Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF. Videos: MP4, M4V, MOV. MOV and other QuickTime files are converted to H.264 MP4 automatically.
- Large videos are accepted first and normalized in the background; the post shows as processing until that finishes.
- Everything you upload lands in the Media library and can be reused in later posts. Media attached to a draft or scheduled post can't be deleted until the post no longer needs it.
Images per post
- Facebook and Instagram: up to 10 images.
- X: up to 4 images, no animated GIFs.
- LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Slack: 1 image. The composer refuses a multi-image post to these instead of dropping images.
- TikTok: photo posts are resized to fit TikTok's 1080p bounds.
Instagram requires images between 4:5 and 1.91:1. The composer flags images outside that range and lets you choose a crop focus; the crop is applied only to the Instagram copy.
Video
- YouTube: video only. Title from the campaign title, description from the caption, optional custom thumbnail.
- Instagram and Facebook: videos publish as Reels when they meet the platform's rules; otherwise Facebook publishes a regular video post.
- X: one video up to 140 seconds and 50 MB.
- TikTok: one video; TikTok finishes processing after upload.
- LinkedIn: video isn't supported yet.
Captions
- X: 280 weighted characters including hashtags; links and emoji count differently.
- Other platforms' caption limits are shown in the composer under the destination list when the selected account needs them.
