Connect
- Open Connections and choose Connect TikTok.
- Sign in to TikTok and keep both requested permissions enabled. If you remove one, the connection fails with a permission error; reconnect and approve both.
The connected account shows its display name and avatar. Several TikTok accounts can be connected to one workspace.
Settings on every TikTok post
TikTok requires a few choices on each post. They appear in the composer when a TikTok account is selected:
- Visibility: the list comes live from your TikTok account settings, so a private account only sees private options.
- Comments, duets, and stitches: all off by default; turn on what you want.
- Commercial content: declare brand-organic or branded content when the post promotes something. Branded content can't be private.
- Music usage confirmation: tick the box to confirm you have rights to the audio. Sync Socials can't publish to TikTok without it.
Videos and photos
- Videos publish as regular TikTok videos. Photo posts are supported too and are resized to fit inside TikTok's 1080p picture bounds.
- The campaign title is used as the photo title.
- After Sync Socials hands the post to TikTok, processing can take a few minutes before it appears on the profile. Posted shows the final result once TikTok confirms it.
